Damages, Issues, and Returns

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately should you have any questions or concerns. We’re here to help!

In the event any items were received damaged or defective, and a request is made within 14 days of receiving your order, we will strive to replace the items in question, or when a suitable replacement is not available, we will provide store credit, or refund at our discretion.

You may be required to return certain items to accommodate some replacements, credits, or refunds.

In the event a return is required, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, tracking info, and instructions on how and where to send your package. The replacement, credit, or refund will be processed within one business day of us receiving the requested item(s).  

If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Due to the sensitive nature of the products we sell, we otherwise are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges.
